Istanbul Rumeli University, established in 2015 in Istanbul by the Balcı Foundation with a research-oriented and innovative vision, is a foundation university. The medium of instruction at Istanbul Rumeli University is Turkish, but in addition to the English content in its undergraduate and associate degree programs, the university offers supportive language programs to enhance practical English skills.
