Terrible experience, I was helping a relative apply to the university, firstly they're rude, they're dismissive, and clearly have a racial vendetta. Secondly and most importantly, they take your money, fail you without declaring the results, then tell you have to apply again, so once you apply again they ask you for double the amount, then fail you once again without explanation or showing results. Clearly they're money driven without results.

So I've seen my friend struggle with this place for a while, they applied to the university and paid in full, they were given her a hard time because she's a foreigner so I went to help her with communication and to try to smooth things out, I can tell you I was met with rude behaviour, and I can understand if you have a tough job and you're dealing with applications all day, but It felt like it was on purpose, especially because my friend is a shy calm person. I'm the same way So at the end they didn't resolve the situation, still kept their money, and my friend is still left unanswered
