I have been mistreated and betrayed by İstanbul Beykent Ünversitesi. The reason was that one of the university’s accountants embezzled the amount I paid on Taksim Campus, and the crime took place in the office of the accountant whom the university assigned to manage its financial affairs. The university is now evading responsibility for its administrative and executive failure and instead of admitting its mistake they are punishing the students (canceling registrations) without standing with us. Unfortunately, we trusted the professionalism of the university, its administration, and all its departments to register with confidence. Especially those foreigners who came from different countries, we are at risk of canceling our residency and returning to our countries empty-handed and lost. If you are a student at the university or you want to enroll in it, you must think more than once and search for other, better and safer options. If you have already started, you must be careful in all dealings with the departments of this university due to the proven lack of competence and efficiency in managing some of its departments and employees.

Definitely in my opinion Beykent University is well renowned and prestigious institution. But Unfortunately, the staff related to foreign students is the worst I ever seen. Their behavior is very ignoring and insulting. They don't realize that foreign students are their guest in Turkey and they need more support than their country's students but they are very rude unethical people. Since the university is closed due to earthquake so foreign students are facing utmost difficulties to get any information from the poor hired staff. I request to the University's higher reps to look into the matter and hire a good caliber staff who at least know how to greet guest or students. Thanks
