COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON Edumoni can obtain the personal data of the Customer and/or the Customer's officials from all kinds of written, oral and electronic media, third parties and legal authorities. TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA Edumoni may share this personal data with third parties at home and abroad from whom it receives services in order to provide services and products, with Edumoni's units abroad, with Edumoni's choice of making a confidentiality agreement, with individuals and institutions from which it receives services and/or consultancy, with business partners with whom it has signed a contract, with partners. can share his/her studies with third parties. Edumoni is required to keep records and documents regarding the transactions it carries out with its customers for a certain period of time within the scope of legal regulations; If you request your personal data to be deleted or destroyed or anonymized, this request may be fulfilled by Edumoni at the end of the period determined by legal regulations; However, during this period, your personal data will not be processed by Edumoni and will not be shared with third parties except for obligations arising from national and international laws, regulations and contracts. RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED If the party to this Agreement is a real person, the Customer, or if the Customer is a legal entity, the Customer's officials may exercise the following rights by applying to Edumoni regarding their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK, as of October 7, 2016: a) Learning whether his personal data is being processed or not, b) Requesting information regarding processed personal data, if any, c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether these data are used in accordance with the purpose, d) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred, e) Requesting correction of personal data if they have been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and requesting this correction from the relevant third party if a transfer has been made, f) In case the reasons requiring the processing of personal data are eliminated, to request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of these data within 30 (thirty) days in accordance with the Provisions of the Regulation on Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data, and if a transfer has been made, this request must be made to the transferred third party. Requesting it to be forwarded to the person, g) Objecting to a negative outcome regarding the person as a result of the processed data, h) To claim damages within the framework of the law in case of damage arising from illegal data processing.
