İzmir Tınaztepe University is the only thematic university in the region specializing in the field of health.
Our university serves as a campus university, directly contributing to the development of our country. İzmir Tınaztepe University is built on a 102-acre campus area.
Within our university campus, there are 14 educational buildings, two training and research hospitals, student dormitories, and numerous social facility constructions.
Our university has been established as a campus university that will educate a total of 8000 students within 5 years, directly contributing to the development of the region and the country.
In its educational and structural development processes, our university benefits from all the resources of its sponsoring organization, Tınaztepe Health Group, which is the largest health group in İzmir. It transfers the knowledge and experience accumulated by the health group over more than 20 years as a qualified source of information to its region and students. The four hospitals within the Tınaztepe Health Group are also used in the students' educational processes. Having prepared its own research and application hospitals for post-preclinical education, İzmir Tınaztepe University has completed the affiliation process with Galen Tınaztepe Hospital and Buca Tınaztepe Hospital following the preparation of protocols and submission to the Council of Higher Education. Alongside the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, and Vocational School of Health Services, the university continues its activities with the Faculty of Dentistry, which started education in the 2022-2023 academic year, and the İzmir Tınaztepe University Oral and Dental Health Application and Research Center.
