Amasya University stands out as a significant educational institution with a rich 37-year history. Initially established as Amasya Vocational School in 1975, it became an affiliated Education Higher School of Ondokuz Mayıs University in 1982, and continued as an autonomous university from 2006 onwards. The university, located in the inner region of the Middle Black Sea, resides in the historically and culturally rich city of Amasya, from which it derives its name. Since becoming an independent university in 2006, it has been progressing as a major science and research center in the region.

I came here for the first time. I didn't have the opportunity to wander around much. But it is a university worthy of AMASYA. In general, most of the departments are available. Security at the entrances is very good. It is considered within the city. There are places for students to stay around. But I don't know much about the price. If you are looking for a good education system, definitely do not come to this University. Even if you win, don't come and study for another year and aim to get into another university. Because this place is no different from a high school, whether its environment, teachers, classrooms, equipment and literature. 85% of the locals of Amasya are both unsympathetic and do not tolerate students, and they earn financially from students. My advice to friends who want to come is definitely do not come! There is neither a decent hospital, nor a doctor, nor a decent store where you can shop, nor a hairdresser. While the passing score at ITU is 80, Amasya University has a ridiculous passing score of 60, as if it has a very high-quality education system. In short, friends, those who will come, DO NOT COME. All the good comments are fake..
