ŞANLIURFA

Located in the Southeastern Anatolia region, Şanlıurfa is one of the ancient cities of Turkey, which maintains the heritage of all the civilizations in the region with a history of 12,000 years. Şanlıurfa is bounded by Euphrates River in the north, west and south, and by the Habur River which is one of the arms of Euphrates in the east. It is surrounded by Mardin in the east, Gaziantep in the west, Adıyaman in the northwest and Diyarbakır in the north.
