ERZURUM

Erzurum, with the plateau it is located on, and by mountains and pedestrians it is surrounded by is the highest city in Turkey. Erzurum is surrounded by Artvin and Rize in the north, Bayburt - Erzincan in the West, Bingöl - Muş in the south, Ağrı - Kars in the East.

Aziziye Bastions

The most important historical riches of the province of Erzurum, these bastions are a total of 22 pieces. These bastions were made during the Ottoman and Russian Wars to protect the city from the raids and invasions in Eastern Anatolia. They were built on high hills.

Three Cupolas

In Erzurum, which is one of the historical sites, Three Cupolas are monumental tombs belonging to the Seljuk Period. The largest of these Cupolas belongs to Seljuk Emir Saltuk, but it is not known who the others belong to.
